Description

Starting in the 25.02 release, projects produced from this repo should not depend on any cugraph-ops packages.

Benefits of this work

Faster CI.

Reduced effort for updates like adding new Python or CUDA versions.

Acceptance Criteria

  • cugraph-pyg and cugraph-dgl do not depend on any cugraph-ops packages
