Feature description

Add support for 3DMouse such as https://3dconnexion.com/us/product/spacemouse-compact/

Additional context

A lot of time is spent browsing around, zooming in or out, panning, etc...
Having a device dedicated to that frees your mouse for the accurate aiming.
I am rather new to QGIS but today I grabbed my 3DMouse because it feels very natural. You may check the implementation from KiCad as they support it too and it makes a world of difference !
