Description I saw in the tags that there is version 3.0, but when I do: pip install --upgrade jira I get the following:
pip install --upgrade jira
Requirement already up-to-date: jira in ./ve/lib/python3.6/site-packages (2.0.0)
To Reproduce
Expected behavior I should be able to upgrade to 3.0
