To reproduce the bug enter a value for an annotation property that points to a class. E.g., rdfs:seeAlso. Use the second tab in the Annotation property value editor: Entity IRI and add a value that points to some class. The first time it should work. Then try to do it again. You won't see the "OK" button on the second try. If you enter an object property value and then go back and add another Annotation property that points to a class (or probably any IRI in the ontology) it will work again, but when you try doing two in a row, the "OK" button remains greyed out. These two figures show an example. I created an annotation property called hasTopic to point from a Document to the ontology entity that the document describes. The first time I did it (first picture below) it worked but the second time the "OK" button remains grayed out even though I've selected a valid IRI for a class. Samson was also able to replicate this.
