[TC-BINFO-2.1] YAML script needs to be updated by updating the constraints(Min & Max values) as per the test plan. #461

Description:

In step-8, the max value needs to be updated from 65521 to 65520 as per the test plan.
In step-20a, the max value needs to be updated from 16 to 2 as per the test plan.
In step-56, the Min and Max value needs to be added as per the test plan.
