Method to get valid options for a combination of parameters

The frontend of the app needs to know what combinations of input parameters for co2e calculations are valid (see pledge4future/WePledge#233) It would be best if the co2calculator package returns the valid options based on the emission factor table. Maybe a get_options function could return valid options based on the parameters that the user has already inserted.
