Some pages were migrated from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim so "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license" might apply. The main page http://nominatim.org/ links to https://github.com/openstreetmap/Nominatim which only talks about the license of the source code.

CC-by-SA 2.0 is fine with me. We should also add attribution to the wiki somewhere. This repo also contains content from the Nominatim repo, which currently is GPL and therefore would become incompatible. So I would suggest to move the contents of the /docs and /vagrant directory in Nominatim to CC-by-SA as well.
