Description of issue

I'm working on my very first formula for a project of mine, but I'm confused about the "bottles" section I'm seeing in some other formula. They look like this:

I don't have this in mine right now. I assume I'll need it, but I don't know how to set this up. I didn't see anything in the Formula Cookbook for setting this up either.

Could someone please provide some explanation and guidance on how to set these up? My current formula is below. Thanks in advance.
