Canonical way for new users

There is sdk package which looks to me as high-level abstraction above many packages
But getting started guide doesn't even mention sdk-node. Which way of configuration is better for new users? Will it change after GA or in the nearest future?

Sorry the getting started guide predates the sdk node package. I am in the process of writing a new, simpler, getting started guide. In general, I recommend the sdk node package but indeed it is just a thin wrapper and it is relatively straightforward to use the components directly as in the current getting started guide
