In-page hash links are translated into web links, instead of internal links to a block in the page.
That would be very nice to have

This could work if the anchor link refers to a heading. Do you have an example of a page with those types of links?

Obsidian supports internal links to headings. Links to block references could also work but would probably be more brittle.
