Since #230 we will have the ability of conditionally disabling progress indicators. Currently the code in rocks-bin always displays progress indicators. A --silent flag should be introduced which should disable these progress bars.

We also have output generated by cc::Build and lua-src, luajut-src, etc.
Should the --silent flag prevent output from those, too?
