Error and the solution are explained here: node-inspector/node-inspector/issues/879

This is request for feature that will enable to choose which environment/s we want to add in:
node-v46-win32-x64, node-v47-win32-x64 ....

nvm-windows has its own container for node_modules,

c:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\nvm<version_number>**\node_modules..

but in V8-debug you is fixing path to the global module folder which is here:

C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\v8-debug\build\debug\v0.7.7\node-v46-win32-x64\debug.node
