The confirm button on the StakingGraphPage should be disabled until the wallet has established consensus.

Perhaps this should be a separate topic, but I will let you decide :)

If you have already stake and want to change the amount, the "Adjust stake" and "Remove all stake" buttons should also be disabled.

At the moment clicking "Remove all stake" and consensus is not establish will display "Couldn't open popup"
