Building on windows x64 with "Use Static Libraries" set to Yes and "Use Dynamic CRT" set to Yes, expat is builds a debug library called libexpatdMD.lib and a release library called libexpatMD.lib. So far so maybe OK, but then vcpkg tries to link with libexpat for a release build and doubtless with libexpatd.lib for a debug build (I can't be sure because a problem with the exiv2 port).
The result is that the link fails.
How can this be fixed please.
