Description of the new feature / enhancement

By clicking on the PowerToys tray icon, the same menu appears but with an additional checkbox button to hide PowerToys tray icon.
Also, this checkbox needs to be duplicated in the settings so that the icon can be returned

Scenario when this would be used?

Scenario in which people want to hide the PowerToys tray icon
