Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

Firstly, OMG all those OpenAPI things and new scraping options is what I dreamed of for a while. I have not tested it fully, but once they are all taken to the end it will make Mealie so much more useful!

As with the issues:
I had troubles with using GPT to scrape recipes in other languages; thus I had no way of translating them during scraping (the old scraper works pretty OK).

I also have a wild mix of receipts in different languages. I would love to translate them in different languages and ideally have the same recipe available in different languages.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

1. Ability to change scraper system prompt to make scraping happen in a more stable way.
2. Ability to translate existing recipes into a different language. Ability to bulk translate recipes into different languages.
3. (more work but nice to have) Ability to store translations of recipes such that once a translation is created you can view it in a set language. Say I can set the preferred language to German and all recipes with a German translation are shown in German

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

1. I guess this is feature which could be easily added to the debugger scraper
2. Ability to translate recipes is only using existing tech and would only add a button or two.
3. Storing recipes in different languages will likely add lots of work on the data model and only be useful for multi national families or for sharing with a wider audience (e.g. for your hosted offering).
