New GDS advice

Accept month names written out in full or abbreviated form (for example, ‘january’ or ‘jan’) as some users may enter months in this way.

This came from quant data on Apply for teacher training service, showing that many people did this.

It also follows our error validation guidance: "accept information in different formats, as long as it’s not ambiguous"
