build error on ubuntu 20.04

I was trying to build on unbuntu 20.04 with llvm11.
I met the error message below when building Anvil. It seems two cmake files are missing and "LLVM JSON support was not found".

I tried to comment out the two include line, the anvil build finished but seemed not right, and the mcsema build failed.
