Generating example config file... taking eternal time

Expected behavior

create new project
(this is the first time using nbgrader)

Actual behavior

It stops at Generating example config file... and never finishes

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Can you try with version 0.7.0 of nbgrader (just released) and see if the problem still persists for you?

Ah just noticed you're on windows; I was testing on mac. Still would be good to know if the problem is still present on 0.7.0 though if you could try it!
