We could add support for Twitch, allowing channel owner and streamers to run a Secret Santa with their members / community.

There is some sort of private message functionality: WHISPER and the protocol is based on IRC.

We need to validate some things first:

Can we authenticate a channel owner / moderator and list all the users (connected? subscribed? paying?)
Can we send WHISPER as a bot 🎅
Can we provide this without hitting the rate limit API after just 3 usages... 🙄 😋
