Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When you run a version that is a minor version behind the latest version it is hard to see what configuration options are relevant to you.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have some indication when looking at the docs https://docs.honeycomb.io/manage-data-volume/sample/honeycomb-refinery/configure/ what version a particular configuration item has been introduced in so that I know if something is supported in the version that I am using.

In the same vein, it would be nice to see deprecated/removed configuration items (maybe just one minor version behind?) with a disclaimer that they are deprecated/removed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
