[MacOS] Media playing sensor

Hey there,

I'm currently trying to find a way to keep my presence sensor from turning off in my office once I leave the room but media is playing.
I cannot use the "Audio Output active" sensor, as I'm using Soundsource and some other audio routing software, that is therefore always outputting audio, but I thought there might be a way to fetch the status of rich media (like it shows in the status centre, or the ones you can control via the keyboard).
Didn't find any request or already existing sensor regarding this.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this, or does this require code changes in this repo?
