setup apple watch as device tracker

I have a cellular apple watch and often leave the house without my phone. This is great, but the biggest downside is I can't do automations based on it like I currently do with my phone. Things like locking the door, turning off music, etc. This is a request to setup the apple watch as a device_tracker so I can do these things. I've tried using the iCloud integration for this, but apart from the login issues updates are just not reliable when it comes to tracking.
