Recall the last page on Mac app

Can you add the "Recall the last page" option on Mac app like on iPhone app ?

The app follows the system setting "Close windows when quitting an app" in System Preferences > General. If you choose not to close windows, the app will remember the page (and windows) that were open.

I have already done this but the problem is that the window doesn't open in full screen if i activate the option.
