It says: "As stated in ADR-0014, no additional software, outside of the Home Assistant ecosystem, is installed. This includes but are not limited to standalone containers running on the same host."
This sentence is confusing. It states a fact apparently, that is not a problem. Ok, no additional software is installed. Did it mean to say that no additional software is allowed to be installed? Or should be installed?
It goes on to say that "The solution Remove any additional software (including standalone containers) you have installed on your host and restart the Supervisor."
This is not helpful if you don't know what software you installed, deliberately or accidentally or as a dependency on something that's ok to install. It should provide a way to check. Even though this help page can't anticipate all ways that users could have installed software, it should offers some hints for common ways. If that is not possible, then this instruction is not helpful.
It should say something about what problems could be encountered. Something like, "Users have reported..." If there's nothing specific that is known to be a problem, then let's not scare users that they may have broken their system.
It should point out that the warning that sent the user to this page has an 'ignore' button.
It should include "If you do encounter a problem that seems related to HA's interaction with software you installed, ..." followed by links to help or bug reporting.
This page is the landing page for a warning that appears in HA. Ideally, the warning would point out the offending software. Without that, it's a poor user experience to scare people without help or to warn people without solution. Given how unknown and complex installation and interactions due to user-installed software could be, the warning and landing page are unlikely to be helpful.
