Ollama Integration is controlling entities that aren't exposed to Assist.

The problem

I recently started toying around with using a local Ollama 3.2 LLM as my conversation agent, but I've noticed a very odd behavior. When I interact with the agent, such as asking it if a light is on in the house, it will toggle a specific Input Boolean helper called "Good night toggle". The wild thing is, that entity is not even exposed to Assist. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
