Getting errors when attempting to install the winix from pip.

The solution I found for this was to install Conda along with Miniforge. I created a virtual environment explicitly defining Python version 3.8. I installed pycryptodome version 3.3.1 before asking to install and then it was able to work.

Conda + Miniforge on Windows 11

UPDATE: as of May 5, 2024, this no longer works and I get the same error as OP
