The wiki.phtml seems to be some anchient name for index.php that no longer should be of interest, but it appears unfiltered in pageview statistics. In some wikipedias like enwiki, the number of accesses to this "page" is not high enough for the "page" to appear on the top-100 list, but for other languages this "ghost page" frequently appear on the top-100 list, even on the very top of the list!
Here are a three examples from dawiki, nowiki, and svwiki:
