外部系统有需要使用图库的需求，使用halo做图库的维护，是否可以提供对外的API，并可以自定义图片顺序

目前没有公开的对外 API。但你可以使用个人令牌加上 Console API 的方式。 Console API 的文档你可以查看 https://demo.halo.run/webjars/swagger-ui/index.html
