当前CommentVo中owner的返回中启用第三方头像没有返回头像地址，如下：

      "owner": {
        "kind": "Email",
        "name": "[email protected]",
        "displayName": "Sakura",
        "email": "[email protected]"
      },

第三方头像只在评论区显示，在其它区域使用owner.avatar只会显示站内用户的头像。

希望后续能返回第三方头像地址。
