Refactor magazine lab to newspaper lab

Inside the CSS grid module, we currently have two projects for magazine layouts.

We will keep the workshop, but we need to change the lab to a newspaper layout instead.

This issue will focus on creating a new prototype and set of user stories.
Then once approved, it can be added to main and replace the existing magazine lab

This was planned for Q1 of next year, but I will unblock this for now.
