Be proud: add an About

Clicking on the icon in the toolbar reveals a menu without "About" item.
It is a bit unclear what application is responsible for this toolbar item.
The tool should show its name, version, license, ...

Shapeshifter is currently quite dormant unfortunately. I'm the sole maintainer, doing this for fun, and I have many other open source projects of my making to attend to.
