missing perl script to process prediction output for DUC?

it seems that the perl script used in DUC/eval.sh is missing in the repo https://github.com/facebook/NAMAS/blob/master/DUC/eval.sh#L11

I don't currently have the DUC dataset and would like to evaluate ROUGE on gigaword for now (which you also quoted in the paper). I suspect that having the missing perl script would be sufficient, is that right?
