[Feature Request]: Support cancel electron downloading

Currently if a user mistakenly download a different electron version there is no way to stop it. We also cannot manage electron installs like deleting electron installs.

Clicking on the download button again while downloading should stop the download.

This feature may not be necessary but its a great to have.

Managing the versions is already possible via the settings:

I think stopping it midway might be a nice little UX improvement though :)
