{style: 'caribeno'} makes conjugation throw #3

'caribeno' style is the only one with tuteo: true, which makes inflect.js throw an exception in line 251 because formality is not defined. It's easy to fix by defining it along with all the other options, but where should it be used?

Hi Bruno, thanks for bringing these up! I'm glad someone is actually getting some use out of it. I will have a little time in the next few days to look at these issues and make a new package.

The tuteo flag is only used when you want the conjugator to return pronouns.
