The section "Renaming a file" http://help.eclipse.org/2022-06/topic/org.eclipse.php.help/html/getting_started/basic_tutorial/working_with_refactoring.html#renaming-a-file has an error and won't ever work as it is presented to a newcomer. The syntax for the "requie()" requires the filename to be indicated withing single or double quotes, yet it was typed without such and that means that Refractor won't catch the change filename change.
