Meetup organizers should be able to add content to DNF youtube channel

Description:

Meetup organizers should be able to add content which were not broadcasted through DNF streamyard into Foundation's youtube channel.

We also need volunteers to vet the content before posting to the channel

Size of the Committee Requested:

2 volunteers
