This is a release candidate and is not meant for production. It is only meant for testnet / devnet deployments.
This release was signed by keybase.io/pasta.
Breaking Changes
Starting Tuesday June 13th, DCG testnet miners were converted over to 19.2.0-rc.1 and a planned reorganization occurred. At this point, testnet operators must use 19.2.0-rc.1 in order to sync testnet. A reindex may be needed to get on the proper chain.
