I am trying to resolve an issue where I cannot reach my server (docker) after setting the proxy address in windows.
I cannot access any of my containers:
Containers are set to bridge mode each separated by port numbers

Figured out: For anyone else that is having this issue:

add the server address in the exceptions (whitelist) box:
