Permissions Scope Question

I've got a question on the scope of permissions being granted when authenticating my user for the GitHub for Jira app.

We have the GitHub for Jira app installed for my work's GitHub account/organization. And my personal GitHub account has access to this organization.

After authorizing my GitHub account with Jira, then in GitHub under Settings > Integrations > Applications > Authorized OAuth Apps, I now have the 'Atlassian Cloud' application listed. If I look at the details it says that it has...

Permissions

• Create gists
• Read all user profile data
• Full control of private repositories

Organization Access

• ABC

So I'm wondering, does it have create gist & full control of private repos for only the organization listed? Or does it also have the same permissions over my personal account?
