Unable to edit Default organization

Using RHDP APD 2.5 CI, go to "Access Management" -> "Organizations" and attempt to edit the "Default" organization. The blue circle spins ad infinitum. It's unclear to me if this is an AAP 2.5 issue, or somehow related to how RHDP and APD are configuring our AAP instance. It appears repeatable on RHDP deployments.
