[Enhancement]: Replacing config.yml with hugo.yml

What you'd like to propose?

Hugo official documentation indicates that basename of the configuration was updated.

With v0.109.0 and earlier the basename of the site configuration file was config instead of hugo. You can use either, but should transition to the new naming convention when practical.

As Github doesn't allow PR for wikis, I cloned the current wiki and fixed the content.
The updated wiki can be found on a public repo : https://github.com/vanitysys28/hugo-papermod-wiki
