https://pypi.org/project/packagedcode-msitools/0.101.210706/#files doesnt include a sdist.

https://pypi.org/project/typecode-libmagic/#files also has no sdist .

And https://pypi.org/project/typecode-libmagic-system-provided/ is still v20.9.30.14 pointing at archived https://github.com/nexB/typecode_libmagic_system_provided , not the v5.39.210531 at https://github.com/nexB/scancode-plugins/tree/main/builtins/typecode_libmagic_system_provided

https://pypi.org/project/extractcode-libarchive/#files is another one without an sdist
