Export Story to non-interactive HTML

Add option at Save dialog to save as HTML. That action should save images the Home (or Root if missing) StoryItem and all StoryPoints (the Home/Root if saved already shouldn't be saved twice of course) in a subfolder named xx.html_Images and at the xx.html should have the images placed one under the other (for vertical scrolling of the story).

(notes in Greek below on issues with the current HTML export)

ανέβασα στο gallery και μια έκδοση που σώζει σε HTML (επιλέγεις από το dropdown στο save file dialog HTML αντί READCOM), αλλά έχει τα εξής θέματα (*)
προς το παρόν:

1. δεν φαίνονται πάντα τα text στις εικόνες (το κοιτάω). Είναι λογικά το ίδιο θέμα που έχει και με κάποια thumbs που φτιάχνει (π.χ του guesswhoiam) - ίσως έχει να κάνει με το autofontfitting.
2. σώζει μόνο το HomeStoryItem καθώς και τα άμεσα παιδιά του StoryItem που σώζεις ως HTML τα οποία βλέπει να είναι StoryPoints (οπότε καλό είναι να το κάνεις με το Save που είναι στο αριστερό toolbar αντί με αυτό από το popup, εκτός και έχεις επιλέξει το RootStoryItem μιας και συνήθως έχουμε σε εκείνο τα StoryPoints). Θα διορθωθεί όταν φτιάξω και την πλοήγηση σε nested StoryPoints (θα είναι η σειρά όπως σωστά φαίνεται σε non-edit mode στο StructureView)

(*) τις εικόνες που βγάζω για την HTML τις κάνω fit μέσα σε 600x600 bounding box όταν τις παράγω (αυτό είναι hardcoded αυτή τη στιγμή). Όταν θα παράγει HTML από command-line parameter λογικά θα βάλω να το ρυθμίζεις προαιρετικά (π.χ. -html για default size και προαιρετικό -html:800 και -html=800)

Can consider other more advanced HTML layouts in the future (possibly with page turning)
Export to Interactive HTML could also be considered in the further future

Thanks, George, to continue the work. I have not been engaged because a I am in another ERASMUS too stressfull since october... But soon I'll do more some work. Have a nice season days.
