My android raw data was from gpstest. Did I need some pre-pprocessing for my data?

Sorry that I didn't make it clear. The raw data is from GNSSLogger, which was released by Google. You can find the APP and some sample data here: https://github.com/google/gps-measurement-tools/releases
As for the gpstest, sorry that I haven't used it before. But I think it is very possible that the formats are totally different. Thank you for your information and I will check this APP.
Besides, I recommend you this APP: GEO++ RINEX Logger, it supports direct RINEX data output from Android (But only single frequency for QZSS currently).
