Using a 3/2 time signature, BPM is doubled

When using the 3/2 time signature, a BPM of, for example, what should be 100 is 200.
This makes the indication on the Tempo map go off scale for BPMs over 150.
Tempos of what should be 150+ BPM are over 300 BPM and will not work on Waveform.

Problem does not occur with 6/4 or 12/8 time signatures, but only 3/2.
