This will be helpful to control lights used by a veggie water table

User should be able to define a schedule for when power comes on and off automatically

User should be able to manually override the schedule and turn power on or off

All controls should be available via the web interface

There should be a configurable time interval such that if a user interrupts the schedule, the schedule will resume operation after that period of time. (eg user shuts off lights manually, schedule resumes after 6 hours)
