SIC team started out with wide versions of data such that there is 1 row per year per institution. We need to consider whether that is best for new users, or whether instead we should retain long versions for descriptors like race, gender, level of student, etc.

I think we should start with long only. But do we also want this to align with previous SIC projects, and therefor create wide versions as well?
