• Procgov is now one executable (procgov.exe). It is 64-bit (compiled with NativeAOT) but works with both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.

I hope this can be merged soon - without this PR, installing procgov currently fails, so this should be a higher-priority issue than other "update-only" PRs.
