PCL project: go to definition issue. #198

Hi, I've found that if I try go to definition of class what is located in pcl project then the server returns null. Also, i've created a small example which is located here.

To reproduce issue please start omnisharp server with testapp.sln solution file.
Go to Program.cs
Try go to definition of class TestLibraryClass()

Can you try the same thing with OmniSharp Roslyn? This project is being superceded.
